Clinical Investigation Specialists boasts state-of-the-art medical equipment and robust infrastructure designed to support both comprehensive patient care and complex research protocols. Key medical devices include an EKG machine and a 2-D echo machine, utilized concurrently with two dedicated exam rooms. For emergency preparedness, we maintain a crash cart, IV access, and an oxygen tank. Research operations are supported by a variety of storage and processing tools, including a refrigerated centrifuge for PK samples, a standard refrigerated centrifuge, and -20 and -70 degree freezers for long-term sample preservation. Furthermore, our facilities ensure a high standard of security and compliance with secured drug storage featuring an alarm system and safe, secure storage of patient charts/CRFs, and are fully HIPAA compliant. We also benefit from readily available X-ray capabilities in the adjacent radiology center and a dedicated conference room for patient consenting.

Our clinics are operationally structured for highly efficient and compliant clinical trials, with proven experience in electronic CRF completion and e-trials, including ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. Operational efficiency is further emphasized by a guaranteed one-week turnaround time for contracts and budgets. Our specialized staff includes dedicated CRAs certified in nutritional counseling and weight loss consultation, providing comprehensive patient support services such as ADA-compliant diet and exercise counseling, and technical training in areas like inhaler technique and med-nebulizer treatments. Additional personnel are available to assist with patient recruitment and advertising plans, ensuring successful trial execution and enrollment.
