Tophi

- Tophi are hard lumps of uric acid crystals that form in soft tissues and cooler parts of the body. 

   - Possible places for tophi to form:

     - Finger joints                 - Elbows

     - Outer ear                     - Knees

     - Toes                            - Mid-hand (dorsal region)
