RA

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disease that mainly causes symptoms such as painful, swollen joints, stiffness, and fatigue. A substantial proportion of patients with RA don’t respond well to currently available RA therapies. Therefore, there is still a medical need for more effective RA treatments that work in different ways.
The contRAst-3 Study needs volunteers to help find out whether an investigational medication works and how safe it is for people who have RA.

The contRAst-3 Study is looking for adults who have RA with swollen and painful joints despite having tried at least one biologic disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drug (DMARD) and/or a Janus kinase inhibitor (JAKi). Participants must also meet other eligibility criteria.
